TRAILHEAD ENTRY

The adventure begins from the Cameron Highlands trailhead, entering cool montane rainforest before climbing towards the first summit.

GUNUNG PENELOPE

The first summit introduces steep forest terrain and narrow ridges, setting the pace for the remainder of the traverse.

GUNUNG CECIL

Dense moss forest and undulating ridges dominate the central section, offering a classic Cameron Highlands mountain experience.

RIDGE TO SWETTENHAM

The final ridge features continuous climbing through cloud forest before reaching the highest peak of the expedition.

GUNUNG SWETTENHAM

Standing at 1,961 metres, Gunung Swettenham marks the highest point and completes the Trans Cecil traverse before the final descent.
